A: FOUR stands for Focus On Understanding Reality — a reminder to slow down, live intentionally, and appreciate the now, because after all ; Everything is just a moment in time.

 


 

Q: How often do you release new products?

A: We drop limited releases monthly and release two major collections annually. Every drop is exclusive — once it sells out, it’s gone.

 



Q: What is ready-to-wear?

A: Ready-to-wear (RTW) refers to clothing and accessories that are made in standard sizes and sold as-is — no custom fitting or tailoring needed. Most items from FOUR are ready-to-wear, produced in limited runs and ready to ship.

 


 

Q: Why are some items priced higher than others?

A: Pricing is based on materials, craftsmanship, and production methods. Items labeled cut and sew are made from scratch, not blank-based, using custom patterns, premium fabrics, and high-end finishing. These are priced higher due to the work and detail involved.

 


 

Q: Where are your clothes made?

A: We manufacture in Los Angeles, China and Portugal, prioritizing quality, craftsmanship, and ethical production.

 


 

Q: What size should I get?

Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?

A: Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final. If there’s a sizing issue or a damaged item, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.

 


 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Please allow 2–5 business days for domestic orders and 7–14 business days for international. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.
