  • Typical delivery: 7–21 business days after processing.

  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Shipping Costs

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • FOUR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@four.gallery within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

 

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
