All sales are final.
Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not offer refunds or returns for sizing, fit, or general preference.
Please review all product details, sizing information, and descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, we encourage you to contact us prior to purchasing.

EXCHANGES
We may offer a one-time size exchange depending on product availability.
To be eligible for an exchange:

Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags

Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once the item is received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement size if available.
If the requested size is not available, the item will be returned to the customer.

DAMAGES / INCORRECT ITEMS
We will provide a replacement or refund if:

The item arrives damaged

The incorrect item was received
To report an issue, contact info@four.gallery within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

EU ORDERS
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with local regulations.
